Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
